If the wolves own property, and the lamb does not, it's a republic, what the wolves intended, and all is good.

i am concerned about tyranny of the federal govt because power was usurped from the states... originally the state legislature chose how senators were elected. If senators were still tied in that closely to states i doubt we would have seen this massive expansion of the federal govt.

I suspect the federal govt would be working for the states.
