there are UPS systems and backup generators. I think it goes from main power to UPS until the generator kicks in. We do fire drills from time to time in the various offices in the hopes of when there is a power failure, things go smoothly. I do not have details yet but somewhere along the process today Murphy's law kicked in and things did not fall over properly and parts of the system crashed. Programs are up and running now and they are going through the general startup procedures. access should be available shortly.
