My thoughts exactly. They should have at least a UPS system and preferably UPS/generator. If not for all of their systems, at least the ones that can get you out of a position over the phone.

Yes, I have open positions... Phone call to IB, CS said there was nothing that can be done.

{Then again, maybe it wouldn't matter if IB were up if the ECN's were down...... Last time stamp on Island is 4:13:13}
