Hi everyone,

I have to go to Europe on business for a month or so, and I was hoping that someone can help me out with the following.

I have a Sony Vaio Laptop. I want to take it with me, but I realize that the power in Europe is 220V. My battery charger works on 110V. Is there any thing I can buy that will allow me to charge the battery while I am there, or should I just leave the laptop here. I spend hours on different websites including Sony's and did not come up with a solution.

most laptop power supply are multi volts. 110-220V 50-60 hz,
please check on the back of the power supply for details.

Then you only need a plug adapter to physically be able to plug in the AC outlet in Europe.
 
Mine also works with the differnet voltages. Best bet is to CALL Sony and ask. That is what I did (IBM).
