Potentional Pattern day trade!!!

Interactive Brokers isnt allowing me to trade MER, CRUS, or UNH because it is saying that its a Potentional Pattern day trade. What does that mean?

It means you need to have 25k or more in your account.

$25k or more of Equity With Loan.

If you have options or a short position, those two don't add to the EWL so that may be part of it.
