Wouldn't that depend, in part, on the direction in which "we leave the mean"? We've started LH and LL today, so I would say that how price behaves on the next rally should tell us something important.

I'm not sure where all the bad blood is coming from, but I'm pretty sure that the three charts he posted at the beginning of the SLA threads were intended to illustrate his trading plan. A picture is worth a 1000 words, I've been told, and those charts summarize to me an approach to trading as well as any book, article, or ET thread I've read. I understand that it works for some, and it is not a good fit for others. There are too few good people on this website - I wish all could get along. I like RN, DB, nodoji, and I read your journal and kp among a few others. Life is too short and trading is too damn difficult to foster negative energy. To each his or her own, good will and peace toward all. And you're on the right track turning off that PnL, slugar

When Slugar and I started hanging out – he asked me if I was profitable – and I told him to what extent
I also said anytime he wanted to see my PnL – just say so
He’s never asked…, but I’ve showed him a few times anyway

Hey RN... I do wonder if I may ask to see your trades? For the record, I do think its legit to ask Db for his PnL, but I don't think we will ever see it. Complete transparency is best, so an outlined method, the trades shown, complete with a PnL would of course be the best case scenario, but since we aren't gonna get this, what is the next best option?
I do think its a bit of a "flame bait" to come here to Db's journal and start this again, but hey, if something useful comes out of this, I'm more than happy to read.
So I know you trade FB, and this wouldn't be nearly as useful to me as if you showed NQ trades, but is it possible for you to show your trades like I do in my journal on a chart with the entries and exits? I'm really just curious where you're in and out, how long you're in for, how many times you're in and out, etc.
You keep asking Db for his PnL, and he never shows it, but I don't think I've ever read anything about how you trade or a chart with your trades, hence why I'm just asking nicely. Thanks!

The only way I have of knowing whether or not anyone's P&L is genuine or not is to see their trading plan. Without that, it's all smoke and mirrors.
I'd also like to point out that I don't travel from thread to thread stalking anyone. RN has made his point. Over and over and over again. The fact that he can't stop making the same tired point says something about his satisfaction with his trading results.
If someone can't see the sense of the trading plan I've posted, that's fine. There are many strategies out there. Try something else. For those who do see the sense of it, I'm pleased. Best of luck to you.
