Potential MyTrack subscribers, beware!

MyTrack is cheap and was quite good till recently but today, there are problems again. It's the 5th outage in 8 days time. Can it be worse?

Please define "outage". How long were the outage? What kind of outage? Are you sure it isn't your connexion pinging out?

Thursday 5 june: no Eurex data the first 2 hours, lost data never recovered

Friday 6 june: at the open, all intraday data of the day before thursday) are missing. Lost data never recovered.

Monday 9 june: at the open, all intraday data of the day before (friday) are missing. Lost data never recovered.

Friday 13 june: no Eurex data the first hour, lost data never recovered.

Today: intraday data of 10 & 11 june are missing.

Because of that, I have not been able to trade my 60min swing systel for more than a week. And I will have to wait a few more days to have my indicators calculated correctly...

Yes maybe but good of bad signals, it's not nice to have your hard work screwed by bad data

Wednesday data for ES are a flat line again.

Their data are really untradable for the moment.
