Am I allowed to rephrase my post and repost in the same topic ?

Also, how can my post be considered spam if there were no urls, advertisements or anything. The topic starter asked for a feedback, and i gave him my feedback, why would it be spamming.

Hint: when posting for the first time, promoting a broker or software or trading system, do not use the same phrasing as previously banned posters. It looks suspicious.
 
Ok thanks for the hint however since im new to this forum there is no way for me to know who are the banned posters and what type of phrasing they use.
