With simple TA tools, a trader can tell whether the market is buying or selling and know from where it shifted one to the other. What could be more important??
And yet people come up with all kind of nonsense to deflect that premise...??

I definitely agree. I use to run down 100 rabbit holes trying all the pony_and_clown_show trading styles and methods. Complete waste of damn time.
TA Price direction on the chart makes my life so much easier. Its the best it will ever get. Now, I never study trading anymore and enjoy my life peace. Just need the chart only, no extra books and pony_and_clown_show trading styles and methods. They are all scams anyway. Just guess on the chart and keep life simple.

I am on the side of simplicity and get rich in the ES/NQ futures market as fast as possible and as simple as possible.

Had to Google it, turns out I'm implicitly aware of the irony that parable beautifully illustrates. Copied from first Google result:
