I'd like to give someone money but not let them access the money till maybe 3 -6 months a year down the road. That's the idea anyways.

Question I have is there any way to do this?

I think I could buy a cd but people could cash that in early. My point is to make 'em wait for the money.

Any ideas.
 
If yer talkin' real money, you can set up a trust. Never done one, myself.

Post dated checks can still be cashed :(.
