Possible to build a custom Tick Indicator in EXCEL?

I am using Excel with RTD (Real Time Data) for data from 70 stocks. Does anyone know if I can build a custom Tick Indicator for that group of stocks? Similar like NYSE Tick but other stocks and not so many...

You can design a car in Excel.
It's a mathematical chalkboard.
It will certainly build you any sort of TICK you wish to create.
