Gentlemen


Author is accepted from counterparty (president
of Marketzar) winner of 7 dec 2006j contest -1 place with
ZGG7 only and 11 jan of 2007 j -second place with zgg7
and erth7 Together 1970$ +30$ wire fees .
Marketzar not sended money to author named account by broker BBBB(CEO CCCC) more as 1 month s 1 statements(28 Dec.2006j) ,that money would sended and answered multiple time's that money would sended .
Last statements from Marketzar president 1 feb 2007 j .
Money was not received

Belov is copy of complaint to IA Court.(alsov FBI,Attorney of the
State, CFTC,NFA,CBOT,CME)

Author of this e-mail will open case against Marketzar
Author(under nickname -"milstar" won 1 place in contest at 7 DEC
2006j and would accepted from counterparty as winner . 1 Place = price
money 1500$ . Author informed marketzar about adress,to which
money must be sended and 28.Dec 2006 received e-mail(all
copies of e-mail's exchange with related parties are belov in this
e-mail) from marketzar ,that money would sended .
In was not the case .Marketzar informed author ,that
adress was not accepted . Than marketzar received instruction
from BBBB brokerage CEO Mr.CCCC instruction -
how send money to author named account by BBBB .
After that marketzar mutliple time's informed author ,that money
was sended or would sended. Was not the case untill 1 feb 2007.
Author won at 11 januar second place in contest =500$ and
was accepted from counterparty as winner .Together must be sended
1970$ +30$ wire fees ,which payed from author.
Last answer from Marketzar dated to 1 feb 2007 j.

How this case can be open by IA Cedar Court ?

Relevant comment would appreciated.

We have not processed that wire yet because there was some confusion
about
the type of account that you requested the transfer to. Can you clarify
whether the account information from your earlier email is a bank
account
under your name, or is it a brokerage account? As was outlined in an
earlier
email from your brokerage firm, it appears that they can't accept
transfers.
We want to make sure that the account indicated in your earlier email is
a
bank account in your name. Here is the information you provided earlier:

I did receive the email from BBBB, and have received your
instructions about Thursday's contest ( price money for 2 place
-500$,author) . We will add that to the wire
request.
I'll touch base with you on Tuesday (Monday is a bank holiday in the
United
States) to give you an update about the wire request.

Also, in response to your email from earlier today, it's worthwhile to
clarify that MarketZAR is a separate company from PFGBest. While we use
a
licensed version of PFG's trade platform (BEST Direct), we are a
separate
company. There is often confusion because we use PFG's software. We also
have no affiliation with BBBB . I hope that helps to clarify
things.

We had some processing delays earlier this week, but you should see it

there was Marketczar sim trading contest from PFG (buggy software, nothing work if you ask me) but what is Marketzar?

Read conditions ,each year 50 contest's ,each with until 250
participants ,each payed 50$


FBI have internet criminal department .

But from some point you are right ,chance that author would received money are low.

Author was alsov Grand Prix winner by etrade Worldcup contest (nick inmarsat) with 111 countries (12 countries was eligible
for price) Grand prix 36000 euro=45000$.(2 VIP ticket to skybox soccer final with jet,hotel &. By official FIFA ISE distributor
all ticket was selled out . They accepted return with 85% of price.

Etrade not payed to author (Etrade tryed to force author for signature longlife adv.agreement agains term &conditions)


For comparsion -Germany and Netherland payed price money for author .Clear only after Court and Germany SEC involvement

I won two contests with marketzar and they had the money in my account within two days...

I stopped playing after that PFG platform seized up during a contest that I was winning-(they refunded the entry money ).

It is multiple system mal-function in each contest without exception . Author forced to start system downloading only after 8.20 CST ,after marketzar reset he's system .If start before,
login would blocked .

No any statements about account or leaderchip position .

Our bank notified us today that the wire transfer didn't go through to your
account on Friday because they needed additional information about the two
accounts the transfer would have to go through. They were able to find the
account information that they needed and asked us to resubmit the request
today based on the information they had. We have submitted that request, so
if your account does not reflect the transfer as of the close of U.S.
business hours today, you should see it in your account by the end of
business day on Tuesday, February 6.
