Wait when did the constitution enshrine election fraud? Mostly it effectuates processes to rectify the effects of election fraud, not further them.
If you have to steal it then it isn't really yours. Even chimpanzees possess an innate sense of fairness.
It was fair.... Trump won fairly in 2016.. Biden won fairly in 2020... just because you cry about it does not suddenly make it unfair... even chimpanzees know when they are wrong and walk away......

Maybe you need to go back to high school socila studies.... fraud has to be proven and when was election fraud proven in those 52 cases dismissed?

And the process to rectify proven fraud is in the Constitution.....sadly Trumpets failed to prove anything and the judicial system dismissed all the cases..even the SC... so buh bye
Stop complaining. Period. Because the Constitution doesnt say anything about proving fraud. It talks about what to do in case of fraud, where state courts, in the cases they take, and the unusual number cases they dont take, can be accessories to the fraud at which point it nears insurrection.
In Pennsylvania the majority 5 democrat (to two republican ) supremes who were involved in changing election procedures over legislative authority were also involved in "judging" the fallout, neglecting to recuse themselves even though their bias was obviated on video display.
That and several more instances proves courts can be complicit in this. In which case the constitution has a remedy.
Not to mention the suppression of full investigation, the ignoring of evidence indicating fraud, including video tape of fraud sufficient to throw an entire election. There the Constitution has a remedy for strong minded patriots.
So tread carefully.

Don't have to be in a cult to be under the influence of the madness of crowds who believe the predominant collection of media sources.
