A lot of Leftist Idiots don't understand that when judges dismiss court cases right at the outset claiming "no standing" etc, then they are denying discovery. That means that no evidence or witnesses are introduced and heard in the case. Tomorrow in Nevada, you will hear live witnesses and evidence finally in a courtroom at noon.

Not exactly. A competent judge is not going to compel a defendant to do anything until the plaintiff can present credible evidence to support their allegations. So far the evidence produced by Giulianni and Co. has not been credible.

!. I can't see anything in those videos that would indicate anything to me except people moving things.
2. I am as unqualified to look for voter fraud as you are in some random surveillance camera footage.
4. A a great deal is made of no observers being present. So what. Were they supposed to be present. None of us would know.. In most states, absence of observer would simply mean they did not show up. We don't even know what the people moving around were doing. In most states statutory election laws permit a certain numbers of observers to be present when ballots are being counted. But the statutes do not necessarily compel observers other than perhaps election officials to be present.

. Yes, indeed, cases can be tossed because the plaintiff has no standing to bring it. To gain standing you have to show you, the plaintiff, not your lawyer, have been harmed; no harm, no standing. And some of Giulianni's are being thrown out for that reason. As I mentioned these cases are not being brought claiming election fraud, they need both standing and evidence to do that. They are being brought on other grounds , grounds on which it may be more difficult to prove standing. Just look at their horrible record. It's clear these are nuisance suits with no chance of going forward. Who are they trying to kid here? Well, I'll tell you who it is. It is you, you naive Trump groupies. You're all fucking fools.
