I’m not privy to the Trump Campaign’s legal strategy. This thread was orginally started after I observed anomalous election updates where Biden received more votes than the progession of total votes. As it turned out, the updates I saw were confirmed to have come from the official and centralized voting tabulation service. Admittedly, even as a non-lawyer myself, I probably would not have done worse in the courts than the Trump Campaign has so far.

The lawsuits need to be appealed to the US Supreme Court. Probably, a waste of time trying to make the legislature do their jobs and assert their authority. Evidence will not be looked at until it reaches the US Supreme Court where you can ask the invalid votes to be all nullified. Also, to take possession of all Dominion Voting Systems machines to preserve evidence and allow closer examination of experts. All of that can be ordered by the US Supreme Court.
The Supreme Court will not accept a single one of these “election fraud” suits which provide only speculation and no factual evidence.
Actually, I do. There have been no witnesses allowed by judges as judges have not allowed discovery.
Reality check :
Georgia did a complete hand recount already.
Wisconsin did a recount. Biden gained votes.
I'm not going to read your articles. You have yet to produce any real evidence nor has Trump. You are comical like his legal team.
As I suggested weeks ago, when all the court cases failed you would blame the legal team rather then realize that there was no election fraud. You have also again failed to understand what we said about your original numbers. You have refused to acknowledge the hand count in Georgia, a state Trump insisted had election fraud. You have failed to acknowledge the recount in Wisconsin. You continually blame anyone who will not get on the crazy train with you as being somehow compromised by political goals.
