I suggest the do a recount. First we check the votes for Trump and after that the votes for Biden. I predict that at the start Trump will have millions of votes and Biden will have non. But I also predict that later Biden will get all the following votes and Trump none anymore, so that Biden will overtake Trump. We will see the "anomaly" which is no anomaly at all as there is a logical explanation for it.
We can do the opposite: first count Biden votes and then Trump votes. The "anomaly" will be visible again. But now it will be the opposite of the first one.
The only thing we can do is check the validity of all votes and add them up. The candidate with the biggest total wins, no matter if he was always on the lead or not. Only the end result is important. Before the elections started we knew already that most people who voted by mail, voted for Biden. We also knew that the votes by mail would be counted last. So the "anomaly" has a very simple cause. If they would mix all votes before starting to count, the chart would have looked differently while they were counting. But the end result would be the same.
All recounts that were done never showed any "anomaly" or fraud.
This happened in Ohio but since Trump won that state, there are no allegations of fraud.
How convenient.
Speaking of convenience, the article below points out, among other things, 17 Democrat precincts recorded 100% or greater voter turnout across the US:

Good question. No fewer than six precincts listed by Rep. Posey experienced turnout exceeding 120 percent. Another 10 allegedly enjoyed 100 percent turnout. This is an insult to the electorate’s intelligence, and it happened in Democrat precincts all across the nation.

The facts provide by the states show no voter fraud or precincts with excessive turnout.
It's doubtful these nuisance cases will reach the High Court. They are virtually all being thrown out for lack of evidence of fraud. The chances are nil of winning on appeal of cases that are so prima facie defective that the lower Courts summarily rule that they are without merit. And the chance of an appeals court even taking up the case is not much better.
These nuisance cases being brought by Giulianni and company have the Hallmark of something other than what the say they are. To my mind they are clearly aimed at promoting, among Trump followers, the false idea that the election was rigged against Trump.
The cases don't have to reach the Supreme Court to be effective in achieving their goal. In fact, their goal would be placed at risk if the High Court were by some miracle to agree to hear these cases.
Probably Trump has future show business in mind, including a possible show trial appearance. He wants to keep his flock loyal and intact. They will become his showbiz audience. Or, for example, this "flock" of his might figure prominently in influencing a future jury if Trump is indicted, and the case goes to trial. For some of the felony charges trump faces, it might be quite difficult for Trump to settle out of Court, as he usually does. He could be forced to either plead guilty or go to trial. In the latter case, his attorneys will try to pack the jury with members of the Trump cult, giving Trump a better than reasonable chance at acquittal.
Trump is a sociopath, and sociopaths are schemers, fully aware of what they are doing. They consciously manipulate people by persistent and effective lying. And of course, Trump is using other peoples money to promote himself. Giulianni is simply an opportunist. He's paid a lot to continue this charade. He'll retire comfortably when it's over. But you don't see attorneys with any integrity taking up the cause do you? Instead, they've, one by one, deserted Trump like rats jumping over board from a sinking ship. This, despite the opportunity to make lots of money representing Trump's interests.

Name the precinct and the voter turnout and I will verify it myself. If there was such obvious fraud, why isn't the Trump DOJ on it? These are the same people who touted Hunter Biden laptop and Obama's birth certificate, they have no credibility.
