If you put my own question to me, asking whether I would rather have Biden in a legitimate election or Trump in an illegitimate election, I would choose Biden in an legitimate election without hesitation.

You probably knew this, possibly why you did not put my own question back to me.

Your not willing to directly answer this question suggests a couple of things. One is you don’t want to publically say that getting Trump out by any means necessary is justified, perhaps because it would lend support to the perceptions of others concerning the mentally of Leftist like thinking. The other thing suggested by your indirect answer is you are at least unwilling to make a bald face lie. Good for you. Have an ale, you deserve it.

Not to forget that when the allegedly great Kamala was questioned by that great non-attorney Tulsi Gabbard during the primary debates, that Kamala's greatness was seen to tumble into the dumpster and she had to drop out of the primary before it even reached Iowa.

She was later resurrected by Jim Clyburn who reminded Biden of his political debt to Clyburn for having rescued Joe. Kamala was chosen for having the qualities of being semi-black and being female. Not exactly stellar accomplishments or achievements. I don't think Kamala even carried her home state in the primaries. Or maybe she was polling so low that she was not even on the ballot and had already dropped out. Can't remember. Some pathetic scenario.

Keep in mind if Biden is sworn in as POTUS, I will actually accept him as POTUS, unlike some in a competing party in 2016.

As I’ve stated before, I will keep an open mind towards a Joe Biden Presidency and remain supportive until, if, or when Joe betrays our trust. I will extend the same open mindedness towards a Kamala Harris Presidency and am actually looking forward to seeing her have a shot at leadership of this nation’s highest political office. This is in spite of three people, who I respect, being appalled at the thought of a Kamala Presidency.

Kamala is smart as shown by her questioning of skilled attorney Kavanaugh, to the point where Republicans cried “Mommy” on his behalf. Kamala sent William Barr into hiding when it came to a second scheduled session with her. Kamala can come up with creative and effective solutions as shown when she was DA. Yes, Kamala was not perfect when she was DA, but who is? As it is, for most any of us to vote, we often have to pick the candidate we have to give the least number of “Mulligans” to.

So basically all that’s left for us to do is to wait and watch to see what the outcome of a presumably impending US Supreme Court decision on whether the Trump campaign has just cause for relief.

What case do you think would go to the Supreme Court?

You have to realize most of Trump’s stuff has hit a dead end. For example, there is no active litigation in Pennsylvania. His suits have been dismissed with prejudice by conservative judges.

It’s important to remember the allegations are of fraud. Fraud is a criminal matter that requires evidence. They’ve tried the equal protection route and it’s been thrown out.

Trump has commented that he thinks there should be one big case but that’s not the way it works at all.

You just got Biden in a legitimate election and you've been fighting it ever since. Where's your evidence ? Why are all the recounts confirming the election counts and the process that was used to count them ? How on earth do you expect ANY election to meet your supposed standards to confirming an election ? How much you want your taxes to go up running your fancy detailed elections ?

In Georgia, Trump and some of his team declared the results a fraud. They did a hand count and the head of elections there is Republican. It confirmed no fraud at all just a few minor mistakes. Minor mistakes is why have recounts under 0.5% lead. You seem to have ignored this result entirely.

There isn't a single state where the results were significantly wrong or fraud was found. Nothing. Wonder why that is ? Could it be that there was .., wait for it ... no fraud at all on the election ?

There are two causes the Supreme Court might entertain hearing about: One is that a lower court ruled incorrectly by violating a Consitutional principle and the other would be a much more speculative move that involves the suggestion that Trump Campaign was denied a fair judgement all along the way because of systemic corruption and collusion.

Although Trump has shown epic resilience to media and Democrat attacks, Trump losing his best attorneys and not finding solid replacements could be what leads to his undoing. Either that, or not having a solid case in the first place. Looking at the history of Giuliani, I did not have high expectations for his loyalty or competence, but he did make himself available, just like Barr.

The lession is, if you are going into big boy politics, you may not even want to try unless you have at least two, if not three, groups of competent and trusted attorney teams to represent you, already on the payroll. Along with the ability to anticipate developments and the moves of the other side, of course.

Again, no. The affidavits to date have failed to deliver anything close to plausible or meritorious. I challenge you to show one affidavit that creates a basis for a legitimate legal complaint. I’m only asking for one.

Trump’s lawyers are basically saying Joe Biden’s win is in itself proof of fraud because Trump’s ego is hurt.
