I'm impressed that Trump has successfully manipulated you to this level even though you claim he doesn't impress you. Good luck in your apparent quest to save the Republic from the systematic election fraud you are thoroughly convinced occurred. Seems like what a guy in Trucking should be up to in a pandemic.

You don't even understand the most basic rules in Court, so you cannot judge about them.
This is what happened:
  • Republicans went to Court.
  • Judge asked what the complaint was.
  • Judge wanted to hear the witness.
  • Judge rejected the witness.
The judge first had to decide if the complaint was accepted. Part of that investigation is a first check of the "proof" that is brought to Court. In this case it was a witness. To do a first check on the witness, the judge asked the witness to explain what he saw. The answer made clear that the witness did even not understand the standard procedures that have to be followed in the counting centers. That was enough reason to reject the witness. If I would tell the judge aliens were unloading ballots from their spaceship, the judge would refuse me as witness too.

It happened already before. A witness found it suspicious that ballots were unloaded in a counting center thru the backdoor. The only problem for that witness was that ALL ballots came thru that door as there was no space to unload trucks on the front door. The witness did even not notice that. Was probably thinking about the $ 25,000 he could catch with his witness.

Another example is about Republican observers that were refused in a counting center. In Court the lawyer that defended Trump had to admit that some Republican observers were refused because the maximum number of Republicans that could be in the counting center according to the law, was already inside. That maximum number was mentioned in the standard procedures. So there was nothing wrong. There were as much Republican observers inside as Democratic ones. It is just lawyers playing with words and telling only part of the story.

Ironically, I had let the issue of potential election fraud go until you reengaged me after I stopped posting in this thread for six days. Go ahead and find the point where I stopped posting and look at which point I started posting again and who I first responded to. A quick hint: It was Monday and the poster I responded to was you.

Has it been as good for you as it has been for me? Wink.

Seriously, try to put yourself in the other side’s shoes and try to imagine how you would feel if your side were called by 25,000 or so people, just in PA, expressing concerns over election fraud, and you had at least 40 witnesses willing to testify to same, but can’t find a court to take the case? Source: PA Legislative hearing a few days ago on election integrity in PA.

It is a copy of what Putin is doing in Russia. The lower the intelligence of the crowd the better the result for Trump. Stupid people are so easy to be manipulated. They believe anything. That's the danger of social media.

One way for people to determine which side is the manipulator is to follow the flow of information, kind of like the flow of people during the Soviet era, where people crossed the Berlin wall from the East, the Soviet Union, to the West, West Germany and beyond, not the other way around.

Which side has been censoring content by the other side? Which side has been engaging with threats of career harm or even jail time? Which side goes out of their way to maintain narratives and to tell you what the correct way of thinking is?

On the other hand, which side is asking for transparency and has presented decisive evidence through credible witness testimony at a legislative hearing in PA that lawfully required transparency and ballot inspections were not provided?

Only the most obtuse can’t identify which parties match the related statements above.

Trump and others have stated they will go all the way to the Supreme Court in their search for justice. Justice for themselves and the American people.
