Tell you what... if all your problems are with PA. let's just say Trump won PA and stop it right here... Joe has enough votes without PA but let you have your day in court.
Actually, I’ve personally observed the indications of fraud as described in the beginning of this thread. Further, I talked to a data analyst at the Texas office of a Republican Representative who talked specifically of several examples that indicate large scale election fraud. I have also learned about the many vulnerabilities in our voting system and the many examples of fraud as shown by a site dedicated to tracking voting related fraud, As shown a few posts back. Further, Democrats have a history of opposing anti-fraud provisions such as ID requirements.
Speaking of dog whistles, why most all Leftist posters here are opposing transparency? Rhetorical question, of course.
Regardless, due to apparent stonewalling by Democrat election officials, unequal application of election rules, a PA Democrat judge acting beyond the scope of his authority, and five apparently obstructionist Democrat Governors in the contested swing states in question, it appears inevitable this election contest goes to the Supreme Court.
Speaking of evidence, I or the media do not get to impose remedies based on the evidence, the courts do. All the blogger, media and Democrat Party whining is not going to change the fact that the many election fraud indications in multiple states are going to the court.
The media, bloggers, and your characterization the Lawyer in PA got “Shot down”, does not necessarily make the votes in question valid. Only that in that particular example out of many future and more substantial cases, the attorney did not prove fraud to the satisfaction of the judge. Again, there are many cases left to be decided that involve much larger numbers of questionable or fraudulent votes.
Actually, I’ve personally observed the indications of fraud as described in the beginning of this thread.
So the short answer is you have NO PERSONAL proof of election fraud in PA.
Thank you for admitting it here before all of us... not let's be quiet and let the lawsuits keep getting tossed.
It's my understanding that the election occurs next month. Please advise---I made my points in post one of this thread. As additional information has come forth, I posted it, as have other posters in other threads. Last time I checked, realclearpolitics.com had quite a few articles addressing each side of the election fraud investigation. Is “Election fraud investigation” too strongly worded for you? How does Russion collusion investigation sound?
Free speech is still allowed, even for Trump supporters. I have pointed out the many indications of fraud in several states and provided significant support for my statements. Ultimately the courts will decide on what, if any remedies should be taken. Not me, you, The DNC, the RNC, or the media.
Why is not ensuring the integrity of the elections, especially when there is overwhelming indications of fraud, the best course of action? Other than a fraud coverup attempt, that is?
If “Proof” of all facts are required before a poster is allowed to post, or a reporter can report, or a politician can speak, how can there be any communication? You are asking for an unreasonable standard that you personally don’t adhere to while posting here on ET.
Again, the courts will decide if there is sufficient proof of election fraud or other voting irregularities that warrant appropriate application of remedies.
I am all for you taking your personal beef to court or as I suggested before donating a suitable donation ( say $10,000 ) to Trump to fight the "election fraud". My personal opinion is some lessons in life must be felt personally, so you'll have to get some skin in this game you are playing before I can take you seriously. Your "evidence" will certainly go to waste if you don't act quickly on it. Feel free and report back to us on your efforts.
It's my understanding that the election occurs next month. Please advise---
Here is a fun fact: The nationwide election audit that Trump is now pushing for was a feature of the elections security bill that was passed in the House, but blocked in the Senate by McConnell.Regardless, due to apparent stonewalling by Democrat election officials, unequal application of election rules, a PA Democrat judge acting beyond the scope of his authority, and five apparently obstructionist Democrat Governors in the contested swing states in question, it appears inevitable this election contest goes to the Supreme Court.
.
Electoral College meets in December. That's when the election happens. So, there is plenty of time to investigate and let everything play out. Right now, Idiot Dems are prolonging the first count so that less and less time will be available for recounts etc.You mean a recount or full blown redo? I am not up to speed on what the possible remedies are .
Where was Obama on this issue? Here is a fun fact: The nationwide election audit that Trump is now pushing for was a feature of the elections security bill that was passed in the House, but blocked in the Senate by McConnell.
