What are the next steps:
- November 4 - 23: In any US state, postal votes may be counted as long as they are postmarked by November 3 at the latest. In many states, postal votes can therefore still arrive a few days later and be counted.
- November 10 - December 11: Individual states ratify the election results. • December 8: This is the deadline by which all states must have all their votes counted. Possible disputes must be settled and the electors designated.
- December 14: The electors cast their vote.
- December 23: The votes of the Electoral College are transferred to Washington.
- January 3: Members of the House of Representatives and the Senate take the oath.
- January 6: The representatives and senators all meet in the House of Representatives. The President of the Senate (Vice President Mike Pence) presides over the session. The votes of the electoral college are read and counted by two deputies from the House of Representatives and the Senate. Mike Pence will then read the results and listen for any objections. There are a total of 538 electors: one for each representative and senator, plus three for Washington, DC. If no candidate gets 270 votes, the 435 members of the House of Representatives choose who wins the election. The House has until the afternoon of January 20 to elect the next president.
- January 20: The new president takes the oath at noon.

The first person Rudy Giuliani, the attorney for President Donald Trump, called up as a witness to baseless allegations of vote counting shenanigans in Philadelphia during a press conference last week is a sex offender who for years has been a perennial candidate in New Jersey.
Brooks was incarcerated in the 1990s on charges of sexual assault, lewdness and endangering the welfare of a minor for exposing himself to two girls ages 7 and 11, according to news accounts.
James Gee, chief of staff to U.S. Rep. Bonnie Watson Coleman (D-N.J.), also said he immediately recognized Brooks. Gee said he believed Brooks was hired for Hillary Clinton‘s campaign in 2016. “People don’t pay attention to who they hire. They’re just trying to get bodies, particularly if it’s a white organizer,” said Gee, who’s Black. “And this time apparently, I guess he was on the Republican side of the watchers.“
So these clowns who are used as serious witness are in reality just criminals doing anything for money. Work for Republican or Democrats? Not important, the money he catches seems to be the only thing that matters.
