Let’s go over this again:
1. Trump’s crowd sizes were much larger.
2. Trump outperformed aggregated national polls by about 400 basis points.
3. Republicans held the Senate in spite of defending more seats and predictions of them losing control of the Senate.
4. Republicans actually gained seats in the House, against all predictions.
5. Republicans gained a Governorship.
Trump's crowd sizes were bigger because he ignored Covid policy and many of his supporters think Covid related science is a hoax or hugely overstated. People have tracked all his "crowds" and he's personally responsible for thousands of Covid infections and numerous deaths.
Is it such a stretch for some of you to understand a country that is split on two parties but that many cannot stand Trump the man ? Go outside of the US, Trump is despised by the vast majority of people. Canada for example gave Trump a 13% approval rating right after he was elected. It's probably worse now. We can't wait to get rid of the clown.
I am more surprised really that he almost/possibly won another term, again confirming to me that when it comes to politicians Americans have really poor judgement. Of course, I would include you on this, you clearly drank the kool aid. Memories of George W. Bush and the trip towards a complete collapse of your banking system and a housing market crash.
