I disclosed my source of data in my first post. If you were to look at my first post, you’ll see I did not put down time of each entry, although I did put the data in sequential order, according to total percentage of votes. Besides, I’m looking at relationships between data points.

A potental way of resolving the apparent descrepancies may be a validated log of activities or offical timestamped source that documents the progress of counting the votes along with signed witness statements representing both sides as to accuracy, etc.

If procedures for ensuring the security of the ballots or counting process are lacking or there is a failure of compliance regarding robust procedures, the harmed party has every right to demand an investigation, among other reasonable remedies.

The only fraud is Trump bitching about mail in votes properly received and being counted. he gets votes there too by the way.

And the post office had to sweep for mail in votes stuck in post offices before the election.

I dont think he meant the counting of authentic votes is fraudulant. He meant using the wee hours of the morning to count un-authentic votes. They should at least stop so those who are authorized to count can get some sleep, all leaving at the same time, all arriving at the same time, preserving chain of custody with a skeleton crew of eyeballs. Maybe it would take days but people have to sleep...together. can have people counting and others sleeping.

AND, he was referring to the suspicious stop, followed by a suspicious surge in ballots for Bejing Biden...instead of a smooth rate of return.

U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan on Tuesday had ordered the sweep in response to lawsuits by groups including Vote Forward, the NAACP, and Latino community advocates.

Affected by the order were processing centers in central Pennsylvania, northern New England, greater South Carolina, south Florida, Colorado, Wisconsin and parts of Illinois, Arizona, Alabama and Wyoming, as well as the cities of Atlanta, Houston, Philadelphia, Detroit.

Sullivan ordered postal officials to complete the inspections by 3 p.m. ET (2000 GMT) and certify by 4:30 p.m. ET (2130 GMT) that no ballots were left behind.

Lawyers for the USPS told Sullivan in a court filing that the agency was not able to complete the sweeps by 4:30 p.m. but was "working as expeditiously as possible to comply with this court's orders while recognizing physical and operational limitations and the need to avoid disrupting key activities on Election Day."

Still doesnt explain the suspicious surge for Bejing Biden at 4 AM instead of a smooth rate of return. Makes you wonder who exactly was awake at that hour, watching the process. You cant tell me what the mix of watchers actually were at that hour, or what they saw.

yeah that was not the point at all.....in elections trends are 2 to 4 years compared to trading which is intraday minutes and hours...

You even used a Congressional race compare with a Presidental race, but this is sideshow stuff relative to the major issues. As stated earlier, there may be some statistical validation benefit to compare progress rates of the counts along with other statistics as well as by types of ballots, such as mail in. Speaking of mail in, there may be statistical value in relative party preference among all the states and correlating them with regular ballot results after adjusting for known differences. Anomalies here could be investigated for a reasonable explanation or as a fraud indicator.

The above is a PITA, but the people must have confidence the election refects a properly working voting system. There are multiple descrepancies that need to be addressed to the satisfaction of the harmed party, the population is extremely polarized potentially increasing risks of a mishandled election, and there has been no concession by one of the candidates.

Lets get the ballots validated so we can move on.

Not arguing whether it is a law. Wondering why theres a law that delays the counting so late, or why the number of ballots cant be counted by midnight by the machines. I voted on Nov. 2 cause my state was smart enough to spread it out instead of cramming everybody into rooms during one day. They could easily started counting mail-ins on Monday and have been done by midnight Tuesday.

Yeah keep repeating what Trumps is crying about some magic 4 Am influx of votes that were created in thin air and were fraudulent.....with all the monitors there, no votes are magically appearing out of nowhere.
