WI 49.4, 49.1, 98%. Here again, not change in total percent of votes cast, yet Biden gains .6%.

There certaintly could be plausible explainations that don’t involve fraud, but there is clearly a reason to investigate these apparent anomalies.

In many states the breakdown into republican and democrat votes was/is dramatically different for election day voting versus advance, mail-in voting. In some states, mail in votes were not counted until the Polls closed. Mail in votes posted on or before Nov. 3rd, continue to arrive. Even if counting of mail-in votes began before Nov. 3rd, the volume of them this year could easily overwhelm the rate at which they can be counted. This would result in an increasing back log of votes to be counted.

These realities nicely explain what you have observed. Also, please recognize that humans are fallible. Because of the intense supervision that accompanies the counting of ballots, the probability of an error not being discovered is very small. When an error is discovered, it will be quickly corrected.

By itself, in what you have posted, there is no evidence for, or against, fraud .

Note the results for the Heritage Foundation study are drawn from a total number of votes on the order of 1 x E7 and produced a a probability of Fraud on the order of 1xE-4 . In other words, it's negligible, though the possibility of fraud affecting any single election outcome that depended on a handful of votes is still finite. I would think that after the U.S, experience with rampant disinformation campaigns and foreign interference in our election in 2016, that everyone involved in the security of our major federal elections will be on heightened alert for any sign of election fraud in any form.

Mail-in ballots weren't counted in time because democrat run counties and states didn't like the results they were getting so they stopped counting.

CNN admitted last night that blue states/counties didnt get the minimum number of absentee ballots they were expecting so they stopped counting votes. The states/counties knew how many outstanding absentee ballots there were and how many were sent in and they didn't get enough. So they stopped counting. Now they are looking for more blue votes from the outstanding absentee ballots. Most likely because Trump was ahead in the numbers and was expected to win... This is what you call... FRAUD.

I am writing too fast. Note the edits I made. I ment to say that the election has not been called yet or that Trump conceded.

I had to look up Cliff Clavin and am not really familiar with this character, but I’ll take your post in a positive way.
