Im looking for the place Sanders says two of those states will find a batch of votes, all for Biden, at exactly the same time in the wee hours of the morning, when the fewest eyeballs were on the ball, just enough votes to put Biden in the lead by less than 1%. Where did Sanders say that? But he did say enough, in enough detail, to appear to be very confident about some fore-knowledge. Appears premeditated.
