Politics is all about money and personal interests. They don't care about the people.
All these Republican Reps are afraid from Trump for losing their very well paid "job". Many of them don't even like Trump. But they have to kiss his *** for the sake of their wallet.
I hope people see, sooner or later, that reality and will punish the Republicans for what they do/did. It is the biggest scandal ever in US history. Pure manipulation of the dumb people with lies that are accepted without any critical thinking. Even after 49 denials in Court people still believe more the most lying and cheating President ever of the US than the the Judges. In fact they say that judges are corrupt and Trump is God.

This is only true of some politicians, but a good number of them it seems are in the Republican party in the US, so they colour the political scene in the US very often. There is nothing excusable about how they stood by in recent weeks as Trump went off her rails and attacked the notion of democracy itself.

The first order of business is for the Republicans to unify themselves before trying to take on the better organized and run Democrat machine. Case in point, the Republicans are something like 1 out of 51 courts cases, received 0 out of 9 votes in their latest SCOTUS play, and did not have the support of over 90 Congressional Republicans in their latest effort to contest the election. Remember, several of the other courts were led by Republican judges, not just SCOTUS.

The Republican’s second order of business is to redefine what they are about. What do they have to offer voters, not just Conservatives? The difference makers in elections are Independents. Obviously, the Republican’s have to also get their base excited about voting.

The Republican’s third order of business to to develop a plan based on well though through goals, available resources, and their honest assessment of the political environment.

Bottom line, decisively losing 98% of cases shows incompetence at some level. Whether it is not recognizing the judicial climate, failure of Trump campaign attorneys to follow local court procedures, bringing forth cases without sufficient legal merit, or lacking sufficient resources or organizational ability given time constraints, somewhere the Republicans screwed up. Some say the allegations of election fraud was a ruse for fundraising purposes. Whatever the case, the Republicans have lost professional and public credibility, making challenging the Biden-Harris platform to look more like obstructionism rather than principled disagreement. Guess how such a perception would play in the court of public opinion and related future elections?

Until the Republicans show they can competently represent themselves, why should we have faith they can represent us?

Thorough defeat in every single court case of any significance.

There hasn't been defeat in any court except Nevada. There has been dismissal for no standing without evidence presented otherwise. Please pay attention to the Wisconsin Supreme Court coming up.

Indeed, only in Nevada evidence was accepted to start a case in Court.

The 49 other were even worse as there was no evidence at all. The "evidence" was pure BS instead of evidence. So the Court couldn't watch at something that was no there and that existed only in the imagination of the Republicans.
The minimum condition that was required to start a case in Court was to have credible evidence on which the case would be based. In 49 case it was pure thin air and fake claims. The real "Trump style".

These are golden days for lawyers that work for Republicans standing in queue to start a new case. Lawyers will look back with regret on the past period when they were able to make a lot of money from the Republicans.
