The process I would like to see is the US Supreme Court, assuming there is merit and standing of an appropriate Trump Campaign lawsuit, is to compel lower courts to provide appropriate relief. Media, technology, and polling companies should face massive fines and their operating licenses should be at risk, along with suspension or revocation of their employees in participating in manipulative media or in polls. Obviously term like “Manipulation” and “Influence” need to be extremely well defined. As far as suppressing “Free speech”, as we have seen in the media and technology companies, the only free speech thry allow is what conforms to political correctness and media narratives. Everthing else gets censored or the offending individual is subjected to shaming and intimidation tactics. Perhaps the US Supreme Court has the authority to compel states into complying with these needed reforms on elections on at least the Federal level.

Another point, on some level our legislature and courts are not obligated to “Fix stupidity” on the part of Republicans. Election fraud is not new, Republicans have long known of the vulnerability of our elections, and Republican’s have been in the political position to do something about it. It was not hard to anticipate how a coordinated attempt to commit election fraud would look like. Further, the resources to accomplish election integrity were not lacking, especially considering the campaigning value the election fraud issue represents.

While we are on this level, is it better for us to be represented by smart and very corrupt politicians who seem to believe the wisdom of a few elites is greater than the combined wisdom of the masses or the dumb, but less corrupt Republicans who believe in many aspects of person freedom and the combined wisdom of the masses?

As civilization becomes more technologically oriented, and notice I did not choose the words “As civilization progresses”, the relative difference in intelligence confers an ever greater evolutionary advantage and at an ever quicker pace. This means the achievement gap between the stupid, unmotivated, and unconnected will accelerate, leaving behind a large population of non contributors to our system. Should resources become scarce...

One other item: Individuals do not have a constitutional right to vote, other than what has been granted to them by the state that they live in. Presidential elections at the beginning of the country were decided by state legislatures without voting from the populace. States can exercise that right again at any time.

Are you telling us a career Democrat politician who is probably a top one percenter, if you include his domestic and foreign trust accounts along with his property owning LLCs, is a crook? I’m shocked, I tell ya. Technically, a better term might be corrupt, rather than crook, as Biden has not been convicted of anything major, as far as I know. In addition, this “Knowledge” was known well in advance of Biden even running for President. What is it about the Republicans that they can’t get black grease to stick to a white wool sweater, so to speak? Further, this election is no longer about Biden. It is about confirming that all valid ballots are counted and nothing other than valid ballots are counted.

If Biden is sworn in, I’m going to accept he is our leader and conduct myself accordingly.

The media hid the Biden corruption. Very few knew about it. Support Biden as President? No way. I'll support him as much as The Left supported Trump.

We must not actually subvert our system because we believe someone may have subverted our system. Our system of electing our leaders has been long established. Republican efforts to install Trump using never used or unjustifiable procedures will have the same effect upon our democracy and the credibility of our elections as a stolen one.

Republicans had the time and resources to prepare and now appear to be clinging to a long shot in the Supreme Court. Republicans are not even unified on this issue and seemingly outrage among them should be higher, much higher. It is as if many Republicans themselves either question the election fraud allegations or consider a stolen election as a better alternative than another four years of Trump.

While I’m long term registered Democrat who supports Trump, my loyalty is ultimately to our established election process, including procedures regarding contested elections. Any entity that attempts to circumvent this process is not a friend of ours. Whether it is Democrats, Republicans, or more likely, both.

At some point, you just have to tip your hat to “Survival of the fittest”.

Yes, much of US media gave preferential treatment to Biden. However, Trump had Twitter, the Republicans have Fox and other media outlets, and the RNC also have their own social media trolls, among other resources.

The US Supreme Court is not there to fix the studity and lost opportunities of the Republicans. It is there to review cases of lower court rulings that may have contravened our Constitution.

The only thing that is clear to me is that from all that Sydney Powell declared in that video EVERYTHING was denied in various Courts. This video proves nothing, it is just a video full of insinuations, fantasy stories and pure lies.
The score is 1-49,the totals in various Courts. Courts use the Constitution, laws and HARD proof to judge on. The video uses non of these.

The "expert" who stated that you can manipulate a Dominion in less than 7 minutes, never showed even one machine that was manipulated. He makes the wrong conclusion by insinuating that all Dominion machines are manipulated. Yet he never found one that WAS really manipulated.
Every machine can be manipulated. Also the machines that were used and that had more votes for Trump. Should we delete all the votes for Trump then too?

The real question is: can you prove it is actually manipulated? Till now the answer in Court is clearly NO. No manipulation at all was proven till now, despite the "massive and never seen before fraud".
Millions of votes switched but there is no trace at all. How can you then know millions of votes were switched?

Everybody can kill somebody, but most never did. Following the logic of the computer "expert" and Trump, everybody should be in jail for murder.
