Possible Breakout Tomorrow 2/1 in Citigroup?

Any of you technicians see this as a flag or pennant breakout?

Ignore today's volume bar, Scottrade seems to lag a day on volume. Yahoo has the volume at average but most of the volume came in the last 5 minutes of the day. see url

If you use streaming quotes on Scottrade, volume is pretty current.

I use Scottrade Elite and the pic I posted was captured well after the close showing the daily volume at 7.3 million. Yahoo has it at 18+ million
Tomorrow scottrade will reflect the true volume. I don't know why this happens.

Anyway, after reading Bulkowski's description of a pennant, the one in Citigroup is actually a falling wedge since it's older than 3 weeks.
