Unfortunately strategy like that requires significant actions like reallocating carriers and making nice with Japan to allow more Marines to be based there (actually just to keep them from kicking off the ones who are there). I just see rants, threats, and tweets happening. You only have to look at the ever increasing trade deficit with China over the last 4 years to see the effectiveness of that type of "strategy".

Well now keeping these soldiers healthy from getting the coronavirus would be a good start. Have they reinstated that courageous captain yet?
 
flue vaccines and testing scam to milk the gov't the money,. they charge how much for testing. it's obvious when someone is infected. and who cares if people are infected, if they wear mask they cannot infect other people. you have people deliberately infecting and spreading the virus in public. it's not a criminal offense to spread the virus. if you are infected.
