Portfolio Tracking Software

Quote from Stardust:

what instruments can be tracked? i.e., stocks, bonds, futures, forex, etc......?

Performance is taken off of monthly account values so overall portfolio performance is primarily being tracked. Any individual positions can be entered in to see the profit distribution of those trades and statistics on them as a group.

I released version 1.05 of PortfolioTK today! Lot of improvements with much more advanced Monte Carlo Simulations (3 new charts and a statistics tab). Trade position entry is now easier with a date selector instead of manually having to type it it. Check out the ChangeLog on the website to see other improvements.

I created 100 coupons for Elite Trader users that gives 15% off the purchase price.

Version 1.06 - 05/04/07
-------------------------------------------------------------------

-Added Modern Portfolio Theory statistics (alpha, beta, r, r-squared)
-Added two new charts in performance tab
+Quadrant chart: Alpha / Beta of portfolio against indices
+Scatter graph: Correlation between index and portfolio
monthly % returns
-Fixed an issue that would cause the program to crash when exporting
charts under some situations.
-Added a few dialog boxes to make sure your account is saved before
moving to the next task
-Changed some visual elements of the user interface, as well as,
improved usage functionality
-Monte Carlo equity curve graph now uses linear scale. This corrects
distortion present when tests were run with a high Positions Per
