In the case of Port, it would be difficult to ban him as he continues to use different proxy servers around the country in order to mask his IP. He claims he has "Bots" do it all, but that's a load of crap, as no bot can reply intelligently (relatively speaking) to a post.

He goes to servers like Godaddy.com and pays for a host, gets another IP and then posts from that IP. Normal web proxies are extremely slow, so he doesn't want to use those.

He's just a kid with no life whatsoever.
