Port Of Los Angeles Struggles With Surge Of Unscheduled Ships

sadly, Amazon.com, Walmart, Target, Ebay, Best Buy... have become China's distribution system (US is not making a lot of goods, but consuming everything from China). That bill in Congress would actually stimulate China's economy more than US' economy.
