You're too moral. Morality (the tendency to view things as good or bad) is causing you to label porn as bad. I'm not saying its good or that it's neutral, because both of those ideas are also found on the "morality specturm;" the gradient from bad to less bad, to neutral, to good, to more good.
Avoid the whole process of thinking entirely and become "amoral." Let me help you with this one.
Instead of labeling porn as bad, just ask yourself "What is porn offering me?" I can't answer that question for you but I suspect it offers some form of comfort. Trading is hard, and porn is serving some function to your anxiety such as a balm on a wound. When you figure out what service it is offering to your jitters, find an alternative. It's bad for your soul to use self discipline to refrain from giving it what it needs. I mean, what if you believed sleeping more than 4 hours per night was bad? You'd use all sorts of discipline to sleep less, then after a week or two have a sleep binge and go for 15 hours, then feel all ashamed of yourself.
Porn is not the issue. Trading (whether from stress or anti-social behavior)is doing something to you, and until you can find another solution, porn is your balm. You can no more deprive your soul from this balm than you can deprive your body from sleep. But it's not the only balm. Probably one of the less healthy one's though (and less socially acceptable ones). Find something else that can calm your nerves between trades (if that's the issue) and dull the pain of a loss. Then porn wont seem so important or difficult to drop.

That sounds a bit exagerrated.. porn caused you to lose all these things? How? What kind of shit were you into?

For you to lose all that from porn sounds like you were either into something illegal, or, had problems that had nothing to do with porn...

Still a strange thread, that has, most likely, not helped me
figure out trading. My BS in Psychology ain't helping much neither.
I guess, the one thing I have figured out,
is that I some kind of a brain issue called ADHD.

At least, I didn't have to go to the doctor to find that out.

If the OP, is serious, then depending on where he lives
check out craigslist, for hookers. You're alone now, so I would take advantage of that.
Where to find these hookers, then is the next step.
I was going through the NewYork craigslist, thinking that
I could find a bargain on a motorcycle, after reading that all these rich bank employees are getting fired. Figured they would be selling a lot of toys.
and of course, I had to check out the casual partner, personals,
on there, just to see if there was anything interesting.
Lots of hookers in the big Apple.
Didn't find anything worthwhile in the motorcycles, which bummed me out.

Have done 1 11% trade and 2 are at about +20%.
Have one position at -11.12% today that I entered
awhile ago and just got as long term hold.
Account today just turned green,even with the long term hold loss.
Took the positions on the 23rd.
Feel like I'm pissing in the wind.
The account is positive but still $4000 down from when I took it back.
Not big money or large positions, I'm having issues with
uncontrollable anxiety.
Which is strange, because I work in a dangerous trade,
and always get kidded about "not having a pulse".
