Well, there's fake news, and there's good news.
To me, fake news is a facade of story-telling authority backed by either ignorance, or a venomous agenda.
I've said before, if the first couple chapters of the bible are believed as fact, rather than as a parable, one has already been bitten by the snake.
For example, the story implies that knowledge is a bad thing. Bad to have the same knowledge as God. If this is bad, then one's belief is already functioning like a venom that will kill the believing believer.
The story implies that God withheld total knowledge, and preferred to limit a creation within the ignorant sphere of beliefs. Again, venom.
