They have an OPTIONAL PageRank function that would add to a visit counter tracked for different URLs (wouldn't track you, just increment a visit counter) and would show you the aggregate PageRank popularity measurement.
But that's an experimental feature they're playing with to see if it's of any usefulness and is completely optional - you have to enable it on the option panel.
