I was looking at police scanner apps last night and I have a question.
I introduced early encrypted digital 2 way radios to my anti-poaxhing ranger team as codes to obfuscate listened to calls were useful but also not that secret.
These apps work by someone with receiver equipment like a scanner/digital scanner radio capturing and in some cases decrypting (which is illegal) the channels and then rebroadcasting just like any Web radio station.
So you download an app and you can listen to the streams like Web radio.
So..what do the conspiracy guys think his phone was for? They are not designed to receive police band frequencies and you would not need to be nearby a radio to capture anything if you had a digital scanner.
If I wanted to jam the radios, I just need to buy stronger transmitter(s) of the correct frequency range and blast out crap on them so the digital signal it too noisy. Do this over a wide range of channels.
So his phone was just a phone and Donny's wild accusations (remember he declared this citizen a probably member of a terrorist organisation, putting his life in danger) were because he was ignorant of what scanner apps actually are or just thought his supporters would be?

Double masking is normal unless you have the better quality n95s that can be seal fitted.
He is 75 years old and a tall guy. I can tell you that at six six my biggest danger is falling and hitting my head as its a long way down compared to most. Old people just don't move fast enough when tripping like he did after the push.

Any head injury gushes disproportionately and old people tear more.
There are a lot of things, maybe he had a hearing aid in and it ripped a vein but he hit his head hard like a post falling. He will have had a CT at least so when the court case happens the details may be public.
This stuff about oh but too good and staged, well apply the same logic to wildlife photography. Sometimes everything aligns in some place.
