Good point. Those British Overseas Territories are tricky little bastards, every one of them has widely different levels of "Britishness" when it comes to British law. I have no idea where they would stand on that one, but I'm sure there's an army of attorneys who figure those things out for a living while setting up special purpose entities in the Caymans!
