How much extra you willing to shell out per year to raise a family in a community (including schools, parks, stores, parking lots, mass transit and all the rest) guaranteed free of the race(s) you would wish to exclude?
Why pony up anything? I already live in a community free of the element I do not desire. I guess one could say that we already pony up $$ for it as we pay the premium to enter these neighborhoods in the costs of the homes, etc.

At first glance, the poll seems to miss the mark. The upper middle class already pay the premium for living in upscale communities with good schools. Higher property taxes, oftentimes combined with referendums that prohibit the construction of affordable housing.
