There are true believers (idiots) on both sides who will eat up what a politician says word for word. \
As for whether the whole world misses Hilary, i think there are some people in different areas of the world who would have a very different opinon.
My guess is it would be split somewhere close to right down the middle just like Brexit, there are conservatives in countries all over Europe who are pissed at the consequences of left wing policy that is turning parts of their country into no go zones.
