You don't believe in a market based economy improving the products so they can compete?
You don't realize that there are already hundreds or thousands of private schools which provide as good if not better educations. These schools are already competing without vouchers. Imagine all the schools that will open up in inner cities with the focus of providing better education than the kids get now.

You don't see the union push back against charter schools as proof there are better ways to educate our kids..

I see a lot of fear in your writing but not a lot of facts.

And how on earth do you think there would be no accountability written into the program.
I guarantee there will be more accountability than there is now.

She wants vouchers for private schools. Basically she wants your tax paying dollars paying for other kids to be educated in pricier than average private school where they may be exposed to non-secular doctrine (be it Christian, Islamic, Mormon, etc...), and refuses to push for accountability for said schools.

I'm sorry but if you're willing to pay into for profit schooling for subpar education which teaches things that are not facts, do it w/your own dollars, not mine.

Not yet highly likely, but between the media, the entire democratic party, and the republican establishment, all with an axe to grind, Trump has an uprising in the making. Add in the landmines leftover from the previous administration and Trumps own shoot from the hip style of management which can work well in private industry, but much more problematic in government, the end could come like a tsunami.

For the most part, I don't think they have much more of an axe to grind than with anyone else. Politics is inherently somewhat adversarial. Consider how Obama was treated by Republicans.

If it is a bit more marked now in Trump's case, then consider how he was trashing anyone and everyone in his path. He trashed the Democrats. He trashed the Republicans. He trashed the media. He trashed the intelligence community. It was unending. It was scorched earth all the time. People have memories. And after he was elected, did he show even a sliver of conciliation? No. His attacks had been full-throttle, but his come-together efforts were half-assed at best. This Great Negotiator and Dealmaker in Chief pissed on everyone, but not everyone is into watersports. You would think he might have considered that and played a move or two in advance. He will get whatever he has coming to him and he will have himself to thank.

I have commented before that Trump, the supposed master salesman, does not seem to know when the deal has closed and it's time to shut up. He needs to get off the campaign trail and on the rigorous job of governing in an extremely hostile environment. Some, perhaps much of this hostility is of his own doing, but it is also a reality that the left have overblown and exaggerated many of the issues. He has few friends in positions of power and that will make life very difficult for him, and the country at large.

I'd agree to that, but seems like having kids on welfare ends up being pricier in the long run..and I'm pro-life, but I'm no hypocrite, I'm not about to go adopt some orphaned kid.
