You're talking about Exchanges being hacked and not Bitcoin. Bitcoin is basically unhackable as had been proved over the last 10 years and will continue to be proved over the coming decades.
For anyone that lost Bitcoin because they held it on an Exchange they only have themselves to blame. Not your keys not your Bitcoin is as old as Bitcoin itself.
These bitcoin-haters are too stupid to understand it. They've been saying bitcoin is not secure for years, yet they don't understand there are bitcoin wallets that are holding millions, some hundreds of millions, and even billions of $ worth of bitcoin proving that bitcoin is secure otherwise those bitcoin (addresses/) wallets would have been emptied a long time ago by hackers.
They also do not have the intelligence to comprehend that there have been single transactions that involved the transfer of value as much as a billion $ worth and the transaction fee paid was a few $ worth of bitcoin, try doing that with Wells Fargo or a Chase bank account.
And if they know how to search, they'll see traditional banks are hacked all the time.
Anyway, we're having such a great bull market in cryptos, don't let these losers sway you from making money, they don't even trade or invest in this space, they just yap about it, they have no skin in the game, if they have b*lls, they would short bitcoin all the way to $3K starting today, put their money where their stupid mouths are.
AAVE (LEND) is 700% return in 2 months! There are other DeFi coins with hundreds of percents profits, let's make money, this is just the start, we're going to much higher valuation with worldwide CB's printing trillions of $, all assets are going to be inflated, and all of the crypto market cap of all the coins are less than $400B, it's mind-boggling the returns that can be achieved on the next bull market with so much attention from everyone (i.e. Paul Tudor Jones participating in this space). Don't waste too much of your time arguing here with people who cannot help your bottom line, just use it as a break on your way to doing more research on projects, or trade bitcoin to gain more satoshis
