all bullshit aside, muslims are some of the most patriotoic of all Americans. They came here willingly for the freedom and opportunity, and are exasperated with this whole violent extremist youth movement. What if I only know white people?![]()
Sharia requires Jihad.
well whatever, unless muslims start speaking out against this violence it is easy for the rest of us to think they are all that wayYes, but not violent Jihad.

I don't think it is the responsibility of any group to denounce the radicals in their group, but this has gotten a little out of hand...I could go for a little muslim support to stomp out violent Islamic Extremeism.
ok. when "they" start letting their little boys have a puppy dog I will stop hating "them."Well, it is a key point.
Headline: Muslim leader denounces terrorism - makes for dull news, doesn't it. Do you think mainstream media could do more?
http://www.washingtonpost.com/poste...ont-more-moderate-muslims-denounce-extremism/
From the article:
Yes, Islamist extremism is a genuine threat to world peace. But those who lump all Muslims together, and dismiss as meaningless the courageous stand of the moderate majority against extremism, aren’t helping to win that battle. Rather, they’re strengthening extremism by perpetuating a false narrative of perpetual conflict between Islam and the West. That is something which we must fight with all our might.
More from all sides, probably: stamping out the 'us and them' mentality would be a good start.
