Looks to me that modern Presidents have too big a job for one man. Too many problems. The more capable Prezzis try to micro manage every little thing and get into a worse mess.
The answer is to delegate to capable people while remaining aloof ( not my fault ).
 
The real dummy of the lot must surely be George Dubya Bush. I mean who else wasted so much money ? Is it 18 trillion by now ?
Except of course the uber dummies that elected him I suppose. I mean 911 was only 2 buildings. Hardly worth the price which is starting up again. The US would be a lot better off if they had never got involved. Let the bloody idiots fight it out and then say Hi to the winners.

Give ALL his executive powers to Congress and then the Pres could concentrate on more important things like golf and welcoming foreign visitors.
