I think there's some hope that people are waking up to the disaster they absent-mindedly voted for. Perhaps that's when rage isn't so impotent any longer. We shall see in November.
Midterm elections are typically no-shows for dems, so likely there will be no new conclusion to be drawn in November.
If that is correct, and the dems are "no-shows" then there could be a situation where the rage has a voice.

WARSAW, Poland â A Polish magazine said Sunday it has obtained recordings of a conversation in which Foreign Minister Radek Sikorski says the countryâs strong alliance with the U.S. âisnât worth anythingâ and is âeven harmful because it creates a false sense of security.â
