I say illegals are worse because they are a self-created problem. We could shut the border and keep them out. Thugs we are more or less stuck with and our best bet to deal with them is some form of police state/martial law in big cities.

Much bigger problem is psychopaths like you with racist leanings. I don't believe in the death penalty, but hate laws could at least see you do some time reconsidering your beliefs. With any luck, you'll get mouthy about the "thugs" and get taught some manners too.
