There's no arguing with a Christian, oh well it's his fantasy

I could tell him how many scholar/priests the church lost when it asked it's brightest and best to investigate the bible with the new German method of cross referencing and they discovered so many inconsistencies and outright lies they lost their faith and left the church

But I'm sure he'll just come back with more of the standard dead dogma they are fed from the pulpit

But you have to give it up for the church, it's been a great money making exercise.. as Pope Leo X said "this myth of Christ has served us well"
