He is participating in a conference on Tribal Courts at the request of Sen. Lisa Murkowski.
Gotta keep Lisa feeling peppy for any upcoming supreme court votes.
Oh, and maybe you have heard, there is an election coming up in 18 months or so. Gotta get those Alaskan electoral votes. Gotta help Lisa get that big grant for tribal justice courts in rural areas to help the Alaskans see the administration delivering.
