On one hand, anything is better than daily acid bath dippings with Saddam at the controls, and on the other hand, well, anything is better than acid baths.
They'll get self rule in any case. We're not going to have the $$$ after the tax cuts, bailouts, and budget pork get passed to rule Iraq. Then again, we could always use Reaganomics and borrow forever.
