Hahaha "oppressed by CFTC". How about 100000s of beginner traders oppressed by vendor crooks? CFTC is doing a great job, except they should try to give em JAIL TIME.
 
Of course there are crooks but it is not a reason for suing thoses who are not crooks. He is not alone they have been annoying other veterans in trading like the guy of bullreview who published comments on insiders trading from COT datas, and another software vendor because they also wanted to stop software development ! The risk was 500000$ + 5 years emprisonment are the durg dealers risking so much huh ?!!!

Nevertheless CFTC has lost the judge having declared that they have abused and violate the constitutional rights.

CFTC seems to worry more about little INDEPENDANT COMMENTATORS than THE CROOKS THAT COMMENT ON BIG MEDIAS that they judge they don't need to watch for : are they working for these INSTITUTIONAL CROOKS rather who want to defend their crooks monopoly ?

What is funny is that they require the list of clients. What do they want to do with that huh ? When somebody is a crook the client just complains to the authority. In all these above cases there were no complaint so it is just a monopoly game. Why then to be surprised by massive manipulations from the Bigs ones if they all kill all those that do not work for the same brainwashing opinions about stock market ? Is it rather that the guy above who won the 40 millions $ challenge annoyed them ?!!!

If CTFC had won the trial the consequence is that you wouldn't even be able to download a freeware who do TA: they would have to be registered and audited by CFTC hahaha ! Of course there are fees for that so the guy who would develop a freeware or a low cost software would just give up.

This was my first month trading this year. We had a baby girl born in mid November and she was a little early and colic (like you have never seen in your life for 4 months).

Anyways, I was not going to trade until a peaceful environment was in place. I have to practice what I preach

Although I was a little rusty, I managed to go 21-0.

I thought I would post it here to motivate the readers on this board.

Secret to 21-0 record was Patience and Scanning for the BEST opportunities.

I have an open profit of $2700 that I'm holding overnight. Other than that, all the cards are on the table.

I do not plan on posting here in the future. My life has gotten very busy with the baby and now that Jordan is 5.

I hope this post will inspire those who needed confirmation that money can still be taken out of this market!
