That makes more sense. I can envision RCG living under a bridge. He could conceivably live more than two years after retirement if it doesn't get too cold under there.

Personally, I think anyone working in a commercial kitchen should be required to wear a hazmat suit. Not to keep the hazardous material out but to keep it in the suit.
