Skill is achieved by applying knowledge, practice, and adjusting until the desired result is repeatable, scale-able and transferable.
Can everyone get flute playing skill or art painting skill or poetry skill or singing skill transfered through a book?
Only people who have receptive to those skills can get it, right?
The level of success in learning something depends on the depth of intuition of the person. This is the receptiveness.
Knowledge is transferable. No skill is transferable. Skill is something within that which only intuition can bring it out.
People are not aware of this difference. This ignorance is used by brokers and others.

Read my statement again, you might get it but based on what you said I doubt it. You currently don't have the skill but if you read it repeatedly, you'll develop the skill to interpret the statement. Hahaha

How can a common man become a great scientist or artist or a poet or a businessman or a trader so on.?
Just because a person is trading and making some money does not mean he is a good trader.
Trading being a semi art, won't fit to your definition.
Science is knowledge based. But scientist is a creative person.

Semi art means not fully automatable.
If fully automated then affects the efficiency.
Trading can be either seen as a technical task or an art. What we see is what we get.
It is upto us to paint the fence or paint an art. Rewards differ in each case.
Painting the fence can be automated. Not painting the art.
Machine can never understand the patterns of market psychology fully.
Market gives full spectrum of opportunities for all kinds of ideas for each and every trader.
Trading can be a business and business can be a semi art. This approach can only get premium.
